Refund and Returns Policy
Tuko strives for customer happiness and satisfaction. Below we provide the TERMS and CONDITIONS for returns on any purchases done with us. Items can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, when they meet the following conditions:
- Undamaged
- Unworn
- Purchased online at www.tukomove.store
- Original price tag not removed
- Clothes with faults from wear and tear
- Damage of the clothing items because of user abuse or incorrect usage
- No refund on items bout on sale/special
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will do the following:
Access validity of the defect. If found defective, we will replace with the same item. If stock is not available, we will replace with an item of the same value when purchased or offer you with a Tuko gift card that can be used for another purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect
- Cosmetic damage. Such as scratches and dents
- Normal wear and tear
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- We offer a two months limited warranty on all our products, starting from the day of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
THE ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
Click the Profile Icon on the Tuko Menu or go to the refund policy or a RETURNS PAGE, and then request a return.
LOGIN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT:
- In the EMAIL field, enter your email address, and then click CONTINUE. You will receive an email with a 6-digit code to login to your customer account.
- In your email account, open the email sent the Tuko email and copy the 6-digit code included in the email
- Go back to the Tuko online store, enter the 6-digit verification code
- Click the ORDER you want to submit verification for
- If your order has more than one item, then select items that you want to return
- Select a RETURN REASON and add a note for the store.
- Click REQUEST RETURN. We will receive your request and act on it.
Shipping returns
When your request is approved, and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions. After the product is returned, we will be in touch to talk about your refund. Note that we charge R270.00 return/exchange fee for all online returns or exchanges.
